When the Portlock’s got the keys to their new home, the first thing to go to was the kitchen. Mrs Portlock decided that living space was much more critical than separate rooms.

Walls removed, and a keen eye for changing the layout of the room began to evolve. After a very negative experience with a competitor involving a price match exercise with an inferior product, the Portlock’s decided that Urban was the company for the job.

It helped that a family member had used us previously, but our competitors’ experience sealed the deal.

What a beautiful result… Gloss white door with wood effect worksurfaces teamed with the household favourite Bosch appliances including built-in oven, microwave, and Induction hob. The 70/30 fridge freezer integrated alongside the 300 pull out larder a must for storage space.

Our team cleverly planned the whole room and included the wish list brought to us by The Portlock’s. Mr Portlock told me this room had become the hub of his home for family gatherings and teatime chats with the accessible social area to sit at.

Although we only supplied this kitchen and did not install it, we helped with advice and changes throughout the project. Mr Portlock summed us up as a company that cares! Fantastic level of service throughout.

Excellent quality product. He described his whole experience as impressive with no complaints. I asked Mr Portlock to clarify one thing that stuck out in his mind.
