Mixing it up with a real dramatic look
Alison first came to Urban last year to discuss her vision with our designers. She wanted advice to see whether her ideas and mind eye images really could work or was she just trying to create a kitchen that was too different that could end in a mash up.
On entering her property, I was absolutely blown away with the whole feel and look. Knowing Alison wanted to achieve an eclectic feel which had an overwhelming industrial theme, I knew straight away this had been completed and beyond the expectations of all involved.
The usage of different ranges of colours and textures was pure genius. Open plan shelving mixed with panelled walls, traditional shaker style base units in the most on-trend colour tied in with slab white doors dressed in muted gold door furniture just ooze style and class.
Alison incorporated a full range from Bosch. She included the ultimate a wine cooler a must in any social kitchen like this one.
So happy with the results this mixture of tones, colours and industrial look it was decided that this theme should continue in the upstairs bathroom. Yet another wow factor room.
Alison worked together with Toni and her fitting team as this was a full renovation of the whole property a rather stressful time.
Alison couldn’t wait to compliment us as a company and especially Toni as a designer and project manager. Alison found Toni a dream to deal with and had all issues addressed and dealt with professionally and with care and speed.
Thank you so much for letting us photograph this fantastic room Alison. Your impeccable taste and our quality furniture and appliances together with the results positively speak for themselves.
Sometimes it’s a gamble, but asking advice opening the mind and ignoring the norm really does make your kitchen stand out and create a trend.
