Sell or improve… which option?
After long deliberation and not much movement on the housing market front, Mrs Hall decided to take her property off the market and make some changes.
Urban Lancaster was a showroom she’d passed on many occasion always thinking how beautiful the kitchens displays were.
After a recommendation from her regular plumber. The decision was taken to visit and just way up whether or not to improve her current kitchen.
On first meeting, Steve Mrs Hall commented on how relaxed and friendly Steve’s approach to her situation was.
No pressure sales left Mrs Hall and her daughter to wander around and discuss between themselves what they thought and which look to go for.
Several visits were made to the showroom, in fact, a complete colour change was implemented halfway through and again without any problem Steve changed the colour scheme willingly. A kitchen is a considerable purchase which takes time and patience on both parties involved. Mrs Hall had initially budgeted for £10,000 spend so when the final figure to include everything came in at £7,500, you can imagine how pleased they were at the final result and price.
The fit was carried out by Mark Whiteside Joinery Ltd as most of the Lancaster projects are. The speed and efficiency that the project was done astounded Mrs Hall not to mention the workmanship.
I can safely say that on visiting Mrs Hall, this kitchen is truly a fantastic value and a timeless look. Metro Oyster slab door with the slimline door furniture. Perfectly complemented by Bardolino oak work surfaces. Decked out with all the usual appliances by the leading brand on the market Bosch, to include built-in double oven, slimline dishwasher, gas hob, extractor and 50/50 fridge freezer.
The whole look and feel of this room are sleek and timeless. Less is definitely more on this occasion. Mrs Hall was more than happy to discuss how she used the kitchen, its functionality and of course her favourite bits, the large pan drawers! The design is absolutely perfect for her, and she enjoys many hours in this room, due to the colour scheme lightening up the area and created the feeling of a larger room.
Thank you so much for welcoming me into your beautiful home, and of course a special Thank you to Charlie, what a lovely old boy who took this all in his stride.
