Lockdown success stories
It has been a very trying time this year in any industry. Some have had it quiet, some closed altogether, and some have experienced an upturn in business but the terrible consequence of supply chain issues.
This has been the experience of many in the “home improvements” sector with supply and demand being a real issue.
And the constant battles that come with the whole pandemic situation it surprises the number of excellent renovations and home improvements has been carried out.
As a company, URBAN Kitchens can safely hold their heads up and congratulate ourselves on some stunning finished projects. Contacted via social platforms. Designed over email and zoom. Surveyed in full PPE and installed under strict restrictions.
We adapted in record time by launching the virtual showroom tour. We addressed the communication points and made it simple to get in touch. Our clients felt safe with us in the appointment-only showroom system, and we adhered to measures to always keep both our staff and clients safe and happy.
We have suffered from the supply issues on all fronts, including appliances and materials like many in our industry. With sheer perseverance on both customers and our sides, the completion results have been outstanding.
This week we are showcasing a client’s journey which started online, developed through online communication, and ended with a fantastic result. Also boasting our bespoke chef’s pantry unit.
