Choosing and purchasing a kitchen is not something we embark on regularly. Advice and help are imperative to make the decision process as smooth and painless as possible.
After an appointment with a national builder’s merchant, Cath was left feeling a little deflated. Not really having the advice she expected on the appliances and some of the wish list items being rejected with no good reason behind this! Luckily her builder had heard of Urban Kitchens through an associate. After a visit to our Preston Showroom by Cath’s builder and inspection of the product. A conclusion was drawn that the quality was far superior to his usual suppliers.
Plans finalised price quoted and many discussions and advice from our designer Ben, Cath felt completely satisfied and happy to proceed with her project. Cath commented that having Ben bounce ideas off and lead her through the purchase was so reassuring. From day dot, Ben kept her in the loop, and nothing was too much trouble.
What a fantastic result a well-designed, storage conscious and on-trend kitchen. The ultimate being Cath’s splash of daring fuchsia pink glass. Clean handless lines, soft greys, and a storage unit in a striking contrast of bold dark grey. Incidentally, this unit is a must for Cath’s utility area. Boiler concealed; cleaning equipment housed plus an abundance of shelves for products etc.
All in all, Cath’s experience both before, during and after her kitchen was described to me as excellent! Aftercare included and several site visits to check on the progress. Thank you, Cath, for choosing us to supply your kitchen and appliances. We, too, loved working with you and your builder, who incidentally now uses us as do many builders as their supplier.
