Urban Kitchens create a compact delight with practical usage in every corner – Mr & Mrs Catterall

Urban Kitchens was not an unfamiliar company name to The Catterall Family, having previously designed and fit their daughter’s and friend’s kitchens not to mention the recommendation from their son who works within the construction industry. Still it pays to shop around and get the best deal which is exactly what the Catterall’s intended to do.

After various visits to different competitors nothing really stood out in both value for money or design. That’s when Mr & Mrs Catterall came to see our designer in the Preston showroom… “TONI”!

Professionalism knowledge and a listening ear are just a few of the qualities Toni pride’s her work on. This shone out to The Catterall’s on their first meeting.

Not only did Toni use her expertise in guiding them to create the perfect working design, she also kept well within the budget set by Mr Catterall (very pleasing).

Even though the final costing was slightly higher than one of the previous quotes, Mr & Mrs Catterall felt more than happy to go with us on the pure basis that quality and design with carcasses built to last was a no brainier.

The Kitchen really is a compact delight with practical usage in every corner – A combination of subtle wood tones complimented by the traditional oyster gloss, giving everywhere a real rich warm glow.

The worktops look and feel like the real thing with half the price tag and no upkeep! Mrs Catterall is over-joyed with her new Bosch appliances including built under double oven gas hob and extractor. We integrated her washer which was originally free standing to keep all appliances out of sight which keeps the kitchens uniformed look. Handles placed “The German” way really does finish the whole look off.  A small battle on this subject between Mr Catterall and our installer Mark but a lot of jokes and banter so we are told.

Overall the finished room is a credit to The Urban Team!

Mr & Mrs Catterall – thank you so much for letting us showcase our work, your kitchen.

Mrs Catterall made a statement about her experience today which really struck a chord she remarked on Toni giving them no pressure what so ever.

We don’t hard sell kitchens and hope for the best at Urban we listen then design and create at a price that you decide will suit your pocket.
