Customer service is vital
Janet and Steve Tai decided that their kitchen design could do with a re-vamp and have more of their stamp on it. They previously bought with their new build property. Unfortunately, they had no input. Excellent quality and functional kitchen Janet’s own words but not how she would have designed it.
13 years on… time to change!
A trip around some local retailers with no results or lasting impressions lead to disappointment. We had currently fit a kitchen for the neighbours, so a visit across the road to view this job resulted in a visit to us.
The Tai’s decided Urban was the way forward for their new dream kitchen.
After a design brief and budget discussion, the deal was done and what a result.
Tasteful with finishing touches that really wow and create a feeling of pure harmony and warmth.
The room speaks for itself—a Social Island area for the family to enjoy food and company. A beautiful Dresser section for Janet to display and use for extra storage. Appliances include Oven, gas on glass five-burner Dishwasher and tall fridge freezer, all in the very popular Bosch appliance range. The solent door is one of our favourites in our gallery. It seems to take on the identity of the client and look unique in each fit. Teamed with 20mm quartz, Calacatta Aura looks stunning.
Janet and Steve had nothing but praise for us as a company! This is so important to us as we value your kitchen journey. Janet’s words, “Only judge a company by their customer service and the experience you have with them” She then told me of how she was supported throughout the journey by our team, which included Designer’s, fitters and aftercare. She finished by thanking us for the support and help we have given her to achieve her dream. And to think she was considering moving to a new house rather than her new kitchen.
Thank you, Janet, and Steve, for choosing us to take you on this journey. We loved working with you, and we are so glad you opted to improve and not move!
